Hey, I'm Ryan – Founder, Marketing Guru & Tea Drinker!
I will keep this short and sweet. Having worked in SMEs since a young age, I was introduced to the importance of marketing, the benefits of focusing on and investing in it, and the potential missed opportunities for businesses that do not. Then, while working in a restaurant, lockdown hit, and I began doing freelance marketing and web design work for SMEs, which is where the journey began.

After a while of working freelance, someone asked me if I had a website, and I was embarrassed to say no, considering I presented people with the benefits of having a site and persuaded them to do it. So, in July 2022, I set up Big One Marketing Limited.

I have a passion for business growth and success, and I am genuinely inspired and motivated by businesses' potential. I pride myself on thinking outside the box and really going the extra mile (and not just saying it) to support our clients.

Kelvin is also an accomplished coder, offering invaluable support to our web design team with even the most complex coding tasks.

Beyond that, Kelvin plays a vital role in supporting our marketing team. Damon - Content Creation Manager & Ads Manager
Damon is our Marketing Manager, working closely with both clients and the team to craft engaging content that resonates with the target audience. He ensures that all content reflects the brand's unique tone of voice, values, and objectives, helping to build a strong and consistent online presence. With extensive experience in managing social media platforms, Damon has a deep understanding of both professional and personal use, making him a versatile and valuable asset to the team.
