Why aren't there many prices on your website?

We don’t typically display prices on our website as each client’s requirements vary. The level of service they need will differ, and so we provide bespoke pricing tailored to the individual needs of each client.

Where are you based, and what areas do you service?

We are based in Leeds, West Yorkshire, and offer our services nationwide.

Do we ever need to meet in person?

Not necessarily! While we love meeting our clients, we are happy to work remotely via email and virtual meetings.

Do clients have to commit by signing a contract?

We offer both ad-hoc marketing and design services. However, many clients find it beneficial to opt for a monthly package, which provides consistent marketing and clear visibility of monthly marketing costs. For this, we ask for a commitment from our clients to ensure their dedication to the marketing project. We offer a range of contract options: 3-month contracts with a 1-month exit, 6-month contracts with a 1-month exit, 9-month contracts with a 1-month exit, and 12-month contracts with a 3-month exit. Should you feel that you’re not receiving the service you’re paying for, we have a complaints procedure in place.

What happens if Big One Marketing closes?

If Big One Marketing were to cease trading, all clients would be refunded for any services paid for in advance. Website clients would receive admin access to their sites to continue hosting them independently. We are committed to supporting our clients in all circumstances.
